Q: What’s the deal with backorders/preorders?
A: Some of our items sell out QUICKLY. To avoid disappointment, we allow our customers to order before we are finished making new ones and before these items sell out again. These items will usually have a date for shipping noted on the product page.
Q: Will you be getting more stock in?
A: We get new stock in pretty often but sometimes it takes a little while. If you email us, we’ll make sure you’re one of the first to know when it’s available for back/pre-ordering.

A: The answer is always YES! We ship worldwide!
Q: How do I know that your products are really ethical?
A: We are totally open about what we do and how we do it and we’re happy to answer any questions you have about it all. The working conditions in the USA, where our products are made, are of a very high standard. Our manufacturing partners pay more than twice the federal minimum wage, have subsidised public transport, subsidised lunches, free massages at the factory, a bike lending program and they even have paid days off. We sincerely want our products to have a positive impact on the world and we do everything to make sure that happens. We may be small but we make sure our all business does good in the world. Also, our products are made to last with a lot of love and care – Quality speaks for itself and it's way more ethical than the usual planned obsolesce of poorly made easy fashion.
