We started this blog in 2012 when we first started work on Terrible Movement. We’ve had some pretty amazing adventures in that time and most of those can be found in these archives.
We’ve always been accountable and we’re always working towards changing the way the fashion industry works by doing things right. If we can do it, so can H&M, Primark and Forever 21. And besides all that, quality speaks for itself. When you buy from Terrible Movement, you get some thing that is made to last.
Some of our highlights include our Kiss Me T-shirt being worn by Cara Delevingne at New York Fashion Week, being part of double page fashion feature in Cosmopolitan and being featured on the cover of Under The Radar Magazine on the incredible Alana Haim. We’ve also been championed by amazing people who, like us, break all the rules: Gavlyn, Ebba Zingmark, Bonnie Strange and Dakota Fanning and Jourdan Dunn.
We're also really proud of the things we have done has a small independent brand who started in a living room on Brick Lane. We championed the reinvention of the tank top with our now world famous and often copied Muscle Tees. You only have to look our past seasons to see the influence we hold over brands like Lazy Oaf, Illustrated People and Wildfang. We've made awesome VHS videos, made our own iPad Look-app, the very first of it's kind worked with ground breaking photographers like Alexandra Wasepi and insanely talented video makers like Katharine Cowell.
